So you remember a month or so ago we heard that Dell was prepping an all new notebook to add to its elite Latitude line? Well that notebook (more properly known as a Tablet PC) has become official and carries a bunch of features that is bound to make you drool. Although we cant say the same thing applies to your wallet.
